Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality of curriculum delivery and development for Plumbing, Electrical and Construction courses.
- Work strategically to motivate students and staff to achieve at the highest level.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Head of Faculty and other managers to ensure a high-quality learning experience, leading to excellent outcomes and progression.
- Manage to deadlines and changing priorities with a collaborative management style.
- Motivate teams to be engaged and highly performing; maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Relevant experience, a teaching qualification and assessor/IQA qualifications.
- Minimum Level 3 in Plumbing, Electrical or a Construction-related trade and considerable experience in the trade.
