Salary: Actual Salary £22,700.31 (FTE £27,008.52)

Hours: FTE 0.73 (32 hours per week, term‑time only – 41 weeks)

Overview: We are seeking a Student Services Assistant in Student Services at our Coulsdon Campus who will contribute to providing high quality support to students to ensure their time at College is the best it can be. The department works proactively and collaboratively to empower students to make the most of their time at college and achieve potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive, accurate and highly efficient frontline support, including administration, bursary and front‑of‑house services.
  • Ensure students can fully participate in college life and contribute to a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Good level of customer service experience.
  • Highly efficient administrative skills.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage changing priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for students.
