Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our great college group at the Coulsdon sixth form campus as a History & Politics Teacher. This role will be delivering the History & Politics A level through a variety of different learning strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver History & Politics A level to 16–19 learners using a range of effective teaching strategies.
- Contribute to quality improvement frameworks and quality assurance processes, including formal observations of teaching and learning with constructive feedback.
- Build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate effectively, including coaching and mentoring where appropriate.
- Inspire students to take responsibility for their performance and behaviour to support progression and achievement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant teaching qualification and a degree (or other professional qualification) in History and Politics.
- Experience delivering 16–19 curriculum.
- Proven track record of managing delivery of A-level provision with successful outcomes for students.
