Lead Science Technician at Coulsdon College Group – The College is seeking a Lead Science Technician to contribute to the delivery of our successful Science Programmes.
Salary: £26,914.02 per annum inclusive of £2,558 Outer London Allowance. 1FTE: 35 hours per week, 42 weeks per year.
Key Responsibilities- Support practical and technical aspects of the science curriculum by preparing, providing, maintaining, organising, and managing resources required for healthy, safe and secure, exciting practical activities for staff and students.
- Enable proper administration of science departments and line‑manage technician colleagues, incorporating training and performance management.
- Experience as a biology technician within a science department and a strong team player.
- Level 3 qualification within a relevant subject and strong working knowledge of Biology, good working knowledge of Chemistry and Physics.
- Desirable to support a range of subjects on both the A Level and BTEC curriculum.
