Due to continued growth, Croxdale Group is looking to recruit a Vehicle Administrator to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an organised, detail‑driven individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, thrives on responsibility, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing all new and used vehicle orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing, checking, and processing documentation for vehicle registrations, finance agreements, and handovers
  • Liaising with sales executives, management, finance companies, and customers to ensure smooth and timely transactions
  • Updating stock and vehicle management systems, ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Producing invoices, maintaining reports, and supporting month‑end processes
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales function

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the motor trade or a fast‑paced sales environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working with systems, paperwork, and deadlines
