What Does a Service Advisor Do?

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their servicing and repair needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless service experience and upholding Croxdale’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and manage service bookings efficiently.
  • Advise customers on necessary repairs and servicing.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service.
  • Work with technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Identify and promote additional service products where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM systems.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Confidence in working with CRM and booking systems.
  • The ability to sell additional services when relevant.
  • Previous experience in automotive service reception is preferred but not essential.

Working Hours and Salary:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday (rota basis): 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Salary: From £25,000 per year + performance-based bonuses
  • Location: In Person
