What Does the Role Involve?

As a Sales Executive for Chery Durham, you’ll guide customers through a modern, digitally supported buying journey. From first enquiry to handover, your role is to make the process clear, confident, and enjoyable.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across showroom, phone, and digital channels.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles clearly and confidently.

Full-Time Role
  • 8-hour shifts.
  • Weekend working on a rota basis to support work‑life balance.
Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 per year (plus commission and performance bonuses).
Annual Leave: 22 days annual leave, increasing with time served plus bank holidays.
Location: In Person.
