Croxdale Service Station Ltd are looking to recruit an accounts assistant apprentice to join their ever-growing team.
The successful candidate will work towards an AAT Level 2 qualification and will support with all accounts duties to include chasing outstanding debt, invoicing, daily banking and so much more!

- Setting up Bank Payments
- Contacting Customers to confirm Bank Details
- Importing Sales Transactions into Sage
- Posting Service Plan information to DMS
- Chasing Outstanding Debt
- Sending Customer Statements
- Processing, coding and scanning Purchase Ledger Invoices to the DMS
- Raising Sundry Invoices for Intercompany Re‑charges
- Reconciling Nominal Ledger Accounts
