Croxdale Group is looking to recruit an ambitious and experienced Alfa Romeo & DS Sales Manager to lead two of our premium automotive brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven automotive professional to take ownership of both departments, inspire a successful sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the Alfa Romeo and DS sales departments, driving new and used vehicle sales, maximising profitability, developing your team and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Alfa Romeo and DS sales departments, ensuring exceptional presentation and manufacturer standards.
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance while achieving departmental objectives and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to maximise performance and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor sales activity, conversion rates and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage stock levels, vehicle ordering and ageing stock in conjunction with the General Sales Manager.
- Ensure every customer receives an outstanding purchasing experience from enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Oversee finance, insurance, service plans, accessories and other value-added product performance.
- Build lasting relationships with retail and business customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Support local marketing campaigns, manufacturer events and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, company policies and manufacturer standards.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports and departmental performance updates.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager or high-performing Assistant Sales Manager within a franchised dealership.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with finance products and regulatory compliance.
- The motivation to develop both yourself and your team through ongoing manufacturer training.

- Basic Salary: £35,000 per annum.
