Crown Care Group are an established Operator and Developer of Care Homes for the elderly, with a strong reputation for delivering luxurious surroundings and facilities in purpose-built, high-quality, design-led care homes that are CQC highly rated. Pennine Lodge is a 70 bed Registered Care Home that provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter-term care. An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people.

Responsibilities

  • Care Assistants DAYS / NIGHTS

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have the ability to build thriving dynamic staff teams in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Be able to multi-task, liaise with professionals and drive forward activity on site.
  • Be able to act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability to make the correct decisions daily.
  • Want to take advantage of the excellent Training and Development, and future career opportunities we offer our staff within Crown Care Group.

Qualifications

  • Have previous experience of working in a similar role, or a genuine interest in acquiring high quality care skills.
  • Have experience of administering medications.
  • Have a proven stable employment record and references.
  • Enhanced DBS will be required.
  • Full or Part time positions are available.
