Crown Care Group are an established Operator and Developer of Care Homes for the elderly, with a strong reputation for delivering luxurious surroundings and facilities in purpose-built, high-quality, design-led care homes that are CQC highly rated. Pennine Lodge, located in Carlisle, is a 70-bed Registered Care Home providing an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter-term care.

An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people who have chosen to live in our spectacular new residential care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Have the ability to lead a dynamic staff team in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Be able to multi-task, liaise and drive forward activity on site.
  • Act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability to make the correct decisions on a daily basis.
  • Take advantage of the excellent Training and Development, and future career opportunities we offer our staff within Crown Care Group.

Qualifications / Successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience of working in a similar role.
  • Have proven experience of liaising with external health professionals.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality care standards.
  • Have a proven stable employment record and references.
  • Enhanced DBS will be required.

Apply for days or night duty working on a 7-day fair rota basis. Full or part-time positions are available for nights.
