Pennine Lodge, located in Carlisle, is a 70-bed Registered Care Home providing an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter-term care.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people who have chosen to live in our spectacular new residential care services.
Responsibilities:
- Have the ability to lead a dynamic staff team in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Be able to multi-task, liaise and drive forward activity on site.
- Act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability to make the correct decisions on a daily basis.
- Take advantage of the excellent Training and Development, and future career opportunities we offer our staff within Crown Care Group.
Qualifications / Successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience of working in a similar role.
- Have proven experience of liaising with external health professionals.
- Attention to detail and high-quality care standards.
- Have a proven stable employment record and references.
- Enhanced DBS will be required.
Apply for days or night duty working on a 7-day fair rota basis. Full or part-time positions are available for nights.
