Pennine Lodge is a 70-bed Registered Care Home that provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter-term care. An excellent opportunity has arisen for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people who have chosen to live in spectacular new residential care services. Regulatory compliance is at the heart of everything we do.
We require someone special, who possesses a genuine commitment to high-quality nursing care and an imaginative, enthusiastic spirit. Pennine Lodge needs a Registered Nurse able to develop our loyal staff team while integrating our hospitality care and social activity events within the local community.
Responsibilities:- Lead, support, train and develop people, further empowering our dedicated caring team.
- Work in collaboration with other professionals and agencies within the local community, implementing effective health-care and social-care systems and practices.
- Maintain the highest standards throughout all services, ensuring a comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle experience for all who choose to live in our care home, so that Beaumont House is recognised as an outstanding care home service in every possible way.
Valid NMC PIN is essential. Shifts will be 8-8 on a rota basis, including weekends.
