Pennine Lodge is a 70 bed Registered Care Home that provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter-term care. An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to build thriving dynamic staff teams in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Be able to multi-task, liaise with professionals and drive forward activity on site.
- Be able to act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability to make the correct decisions daily.
- Will want to take advantage of the excellent Training and Development, and future career opportunities we offer our staff within Crown Care Group.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role, or a genuine interest in acquiring high-quality care skills.
- Have experience of administering medications.
- Have a proven stable employment record and references.
- Enhanced DBS will be required.
- Full or Part time positions are available.
