As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes that meet and exceed AA Rosette standards.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in every plate.
- Assist in leading and motivating the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality
- Maintain rosette-level presentation, flavour, and technique across all dishes
- Support menu development, bringing fresh ideas and seasonal creativity
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance at all times
- Help manage stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Train and develop junior team members
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchen
