Job Description As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes that meet and exceed AA Rosette standards. You will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in every plate.
