- As a
Food & Beverage Assistant , you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests.
From greeting guests and taking orders to serving food and drinks and handling payments, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience.
You’ll also help keep our dining areas clean, organised and well stocked, assist with food preparation when required, and work flexibly across the hotel to support your colleagues and the wider business.
The role also includes working with our meetings and events team to deliver exceptional guests experience.
What we’re looking for
Previous Food & Beverage experience is not essential . What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

- Has a genuine passion for excellent customer service and takes pride in creating a positive guest experience.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the confidence to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Works well as part of a team and is always willing to support colleagues when needed.
- Is flexible and agile , with the ability to adapt to different tasks and support other areas of the hotel during busy periods.
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining clean, tidy and organised dining and service areas.
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Is comfortable working a flexible shift pattern , including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
