The hotel also features extensive meetings and events facilities for up to 450 delegates and is conveniently located near the M4, M40, and Heathrow, with easy access to Marlow, Windsor, and the Thames Valley area.
We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organised Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless spa journey from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming guests to the spa with a friendly and professional approach
- Managing bookings, appointments, and enquiries efficiently
- Handling payments, spa retail sales, and daily till reconciliation
- Supporting therapists with schedule coordination
- Maintaining a clean, calm, and organised reception area
- Promoting spa treatments, products, and relevant offers
