The Role

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are consistently delivered. You will:

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining standards and service delivery
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are strictly followed

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a high-volume hotel or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Passion for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • A positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
