The Night Manager role involves working within our busy Front Office environment, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service. This role is required to cover Duty Manager shifts.
The Night Manager role will include:
- Co-ordinating the activities of all employees under his/her control ensuring that all areas are presented to the agreed standard.
- Preparing all conference and banqueting rooms in accordance with the weekly function sheets to the pre-determined standards set by the Company.
- Ensuring that all store areas are in order and tidied on a regular basis, and that any guest property is stored securely.
- Ensuring that all services to the guests as requested are carried out efficiently and on time and are properly recorded and charged.
- Ensuring that all employees within the department carry out requests from Management and Reception as required by Hotel guests.
- Carrying out Night Audit, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved or reported.
- Ensuring that all food and drink served is presented in accordance with Food Hygiene Regulations as laid down in the Hotels Food Safety Policy.
- Ensuring the security of the Hotel by completing security checks of the Hotel and grounds to the standard set by the Hotel.
- Being in constant liaison with Front Office.
- Training and developing team members and taking ownership for the role.
- Checking billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and minimising room rebates.
- Assisting Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ordering and delivering newspapers to the guests' room each morning.

ABOUT US: Crowne Plaza London Ealing is a stylish, modern hotel located in West London with excellent transport links making it an ideal base for both business and leisure travellers to the country’s vibrant capital city. The 139 tastefully decorated bedrooms offer deluxe accommodation and some have views of the imposing arch of Wembley Stadium, which is next to Wembley Arena and the Wembley Designer Outlet. The hotel is also close to the iconic Ace Café, Park Royal and only four tube stops from Westfield Shopping Centre at Shepherds Bush. Access to Hanger Lane tube station on the Central Line is directly opposite the hotel and takes you to Central London (Oxford Circus) in approximately 26 minutes and directly through to Stratford in approximately 49 minutes.
