The role of Line Chef involves preparing all menu items efficiently and consistently. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is based at our hotel in Speke (L24 8QD).
Line Chef duties include:
- Cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods according to recipes and standards.
- Handling special requests from guests.
- Managing wastage through proper measurement.
- Following all kitchen SOPs.
- Setting up and stocking food items and supplies.
