Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's property management system.
- Handle reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Resolve guest queries and concerns promptly, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including data protection, health and safety, and security requirements.
