Job Description
The Food & Beverage Assistant role at Crowne Plaza Reading East (Reading RG41 5TS) is a customer-facing hospitality position in the hotel's restaurant, bar, and events operations.
The hotel features the 2 AA Rosette Caprice Restaurant & Terrace, Monty's Bar & Lounge, meeting and event spaces, and a spa.
Key responsibilities include
- Providing friendly, professional food and drink service.
- Setting up and clearing restaurant, bar, and event areas.
- Serving food and beverages to hotel guests.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Supporting conferences, banquets, and other hotel events when required.
