As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes that meet and exceed AA Rosette standards. You will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in every plate.

Key Responsibilities

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchen

  • Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, seasonality, and modern cooking techniques
  • A positive, hands-on attitude with excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency
