A day in the life of a Spa Therapist at our hotel includes:

  • Offering high quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment
  • Performing prep work and properly cleaning and restocking the treatment room
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests
  • Handling special requests from guests, including preferences for therapists and treatment methods, as well as showing intuition and empathy, especially when guests are celebrating special occasions

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in a Spa - at least 1 year, as a beauty therapist performing a wide range of treatments
  • Qualifications - ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in all beauty treatments and massage including deep tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments
  • Knowledge of treatments, contra-indications and skincare retail sales is desirable
  • Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
  • Immaculate personal grooming standards
