Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for a HGV Driver.
Location – Manchester
Principle Objective:
Primarily the undertaking of the careful handling, loading and unloading furniture, effects and accoutrements, ensuring full compliance to current Road Transport Regulations, in a host of working environments including but not limited to:
• Offices
• Factories and Warehouses
• Homes
• Laboratories
• Schools
• Libraries
• Galleries and Museums
• Records Depositories
In the absence of driving works, undertake porterage , packing, loading and handling duties.
This role will require will include distance work and overnight stays.
Skills/ Experience:
• C Licence (essential)
• Digital Driver Card (essential)
• Drivers Qualification Card - CPC (essential)
• Knowledge of established legal tachograph procedures (essential)
• ADR (packages) Licence (preferred but not essential)
• Removals industry experience preferred
• Organised and hardworking manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Self-motivator
• Clear and precise communication skills
• Able to bring intuitive ideas to progress a fast paced and constantly evolving department.
