Crown Worldwide Group has an opening for an Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team based at our Crown Workspace depot in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. The Operations Supervisor is a permanent position offering a competitive pay depending on skills and experience.

What you will do:
- Oversee moves activities on a variety of projects to ensure the highest quality of customer service.
- You will be required to travel to various locations which may involve the occasional night out.
Skill and Experience
Essential:
- Experience in Removals environment
- Proven Team Leadership skill
- Ability to Multi task
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Good interpersonal and motivational skills
- Good commercial awareness and critical thinker
Desirable:
- Customer service orientated work experience
