About the Role
Lead the development and delivery of sales-focused marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media, website, email, and offline events.
As a key member of the EMEA Marketing team, this role is responsible for creating compelling, customer-centric content, driving engagement, and introducing innovative ideas and emerging trends into marketing activities.
- What You’ll Do
- Own the content planning across five brands and 15 markets.
- Create engaging content for web, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyse marketing performance, trends, and competitors, and act on insights.
- Plan and deliver results‑driven campaigns, including creative execution.
- Develop multi‑channel campaigns to amplify key content across platforms such as You Tube, Meta, and Linked In.
- Partner with EMEA stakeholders to deliver measurable marketing outcomes
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce content for digital channels and events.
- Support budget management to optimise spend efficiency and maximise ROI.
- What We’re Looking For
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Experience of developing content across digital platforms.
- Proofreading and material review experience.
- Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Co‑Pilot, and Outlook, Adobe Express and other design platforms or equivalent.
- Experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social
- Experience with Word Press or similar for uploading blog posts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly for internal stakeholder meetings.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- While not required, proficiency in other languages would be beneficial.
- 3-5 years of relevant Marketing experience
- University Degree or Higher Diploma with a Marketing/Communications
