The Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship is a fixed-term position offering a starting salary of £17,000 per annum. This is the perfect role if you want the opportunity to get full training, ongoing support and a formal qualification to enable you to fulfil your potential.

About the Role: At Crown Fine Art, we specialise in the safe handling, transportation, and installation of priceless artworks. As a part of the team, you’ll be part of a team that works behind the scenes to ensure every masterpiece is treated with the respect and precision it deserves. To support the smooth running of the business by providing administrative and clerical assistance across departments. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.
What You’ll Do:
- Answering phone calls and handling email correspondence.
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining records.
- Greeting visitors and managing reception duties.
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels.
- Learning and using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Our Business Administration programme will provide you with the skills to support and engage within different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows you to develop a wide range of skills. We will provide extensive training, guidance and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience. You will also undertake a Business Administration L3 qualification with a regular work-based study day each week.

Entry requirement for access to this apprenticeship:
- 16 or Over
- Living in the UK
- Not in full-time education
- Good Literacy and numeracy skills
- 5 x GCSE’s desirable
Applicants without level 1 functional skills, equivalent to a GCSE 2 or 3, will be considered and if successful will be supported by their training provider to gain it during the course. They will also work towards a level 2 in English and Maths, equivalent to a GCSE pass 4.
