Through tailored solutions, you will work to ensure businesses experience minimal disruption during moves and enjoy productive, well-organised workspaces. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth for the Office Resale and Renew Centre through effective quoting, commercial discipline and proactive account development. - Manage both existing accounts and new business prospects, ensuring strong communication, accurate updates and excellent customer experience.
- Build and nurture relationships across the furniture industry, workplace sector and related supply chain partners.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the circular economy, the value of reuse, and how Office Resale and the Renew Centre help clients reduce waste, extend product life, and cut carbon impact.
- Use sustainability and social value insights as part of solution design, reinforcing Crown Workspace as a strategic partner rather than a transactional supplier.
- Work closely with Renew Centre operations to understand lead times, warranties, workshop scheduling, remanufacturing capability and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Moves, Storage, Fit Out and IT teams to create integrated service proposals and bundled solutions for clients.
- Confidently demonstrate and position LENS as part of wider Move Management or workplace transition services.
- Maintain strong understanding of office furniture brands, types, remanufacturing processes and product quality expectations.
- Use industry knowledge to support product sourcing, disposal strategies and resale opportunities.
- Use internal systems effectively, including CRM, workflow systems, quoting and reporting tools.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of pipeline, won/lost activity, forecasting and customer communication.
- Embrace structured mentoring to improve sales technique, negotiation skill and commercial awareness.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Existing network of contacts within the furniture and workplace industry.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Comfortable working in varied environments and with tight deadlines.
