About the Role
Crown Workspace is a specialist division within Crown Worldwide Group focused on the management, relocation, and transformation of workplace environments. Through tailored solutions, you will work to ensure businesses experience minimal disruption during moves and enjoy productive, well-organised workspaces.
Principle Objective & Key Responsibilities
- Support the Interiors team by delivering small projects and rollouts, assisting senior project managers, and developing toward managing larger, standalone projects.
- Help prepare scopes of work and obtain supplier quotations.
- Build confidence communicating with clients on smaller tasks and updates.
- Prepare and help complete H&S documentation (RAMS, permits, etc.).
- Manage small, low-risk projects and rollout activities under supervision.
- Help ensure invoicing information is prepared accurately and promptly.
- Support KPI and internal reporting requirements.
- Work as part of a fast-paced team, supporting senior PMs on larger projects.
- Help identify new opportunities within existing client accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in coordination, project support, interiors, fit-out, FM, or related field (or relevant academic background).
- Strong organisational skills; able to multitask and manage small tasks independently.
- Good communication and confidence working with suppliers and clients.
- Willingness to learn construction/interiors processes, H&S, and project management workflow.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with project tools beneficial (not essential).
