About the Role
Crown Workspace is a specialist division within Crown Worldwide Group focused on the management, relocation, and transformation of workplace environments. Through tailored solutions, you will work to ensure businesses experience minimal disruption during moves and enjoy productive, well-organised workspaces.
The Storage Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Storage team, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, inventory management, and effective communication with clients and colleagues. The role involves maintaining precise records, coordinating with warehouse staff, resolving discrepancies, and upholding compliance with all processes to deliver efficient and reliable service.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure all web orders are fulfilled accurately and to a deadline by liaising closely with the team across internal and external warehouse depots.
- Accurately input inventories into the system by the set deadlines, using standardized categorization and with relevant images.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, ensuring all queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and accurately fulfilled.
- Ensure that all administrative and operational processes are consistently followed by the relevant teams.
- Provide administrative support to team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth running of the storage department.
