About the Role: In this role you will lead the Fleet team and be responsible for the efficient management and operation of a fleet of approximately 150 vehicles. These are based at 16 sites throughout the UK and Ireland. This role involves vehicle and driver compliance monitoring, coupled to strict adherence for all relevant regulations and legislations, whilst optimizing the fleet performance, and driving down cost and downtime. You will recruit, train, and coach members of the fleet team to improve performance, whilst driving a culture of excellence, openness, and continuous improvement.

- Fleet Policy and Quality Compliance and Review.
- Driver & Vehicle Infringement Oversight and Administrational Updates and Reporting.
- Vehicle Accident Management Control.
- Driver Licensing Oversight and Administrational Updates.
- Driver/Vehicle Performance Data Controller.
- Driver Training Compliance.
- Cost Control Analysis.
