Career Opportunities: Head of Fleet (31824) Requisition ID 31824 -Posted – EMEA – United Kingdom In this role you will be responsible for the managing and reporting of the safety, compliance, cost controls, sustainability, quality and productivity of Crown Worldwide fleet and fleet related activities. Reporting to National Operations Manager you will head up a team in supporting divisional operations in maintaining compliance, managing accreditations, conducting thorough audits, controlling costs effectively while ensuring asset availability, delivering and developing KPI reports, support ongoing initiatives, and continuously strive for operational improvements. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all of our transport operations are not only efficient but also adhere strictly to all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Safety: Overseeing administration of and reporting on Licence Checking software, training matrices, telematics systems and fleet and equipment checks. Management of fuel and fuel types, emissions, route planning and driving behaviours and having a holistic view on fleet activities to improve productivity. Quality and Compliance: O licence guardianship; Compliance conformity assurance using applicable software; Fleet policy reviews, design and ratification Driving cost efficiencies; Procuring and offboarding of fleet and fleet related equipment and software. Communicating with Insurance Brokers and analysis of accident data; Review of driver performance and evaluating reward schemes. Managing fleet maintenance and maintenance contract control. Reporting to Senior Leadership Team key indicators of fleet progress, areas of improvement and high performance. Provide Targets and KPIs for local operations teams to review, improve and adhere to. Other Some travel and overnight stays will be required. Be a named Transport Manager on Operator licences. Attend various meetings across the UK representing the Company.
