At Crown Mobility Services, we specialise in supporting organisations and their employees as they navigate international assignments and domestic moves. You will work to deliver tailored mobility solutions encompassing visa and immigration support, destination services, and ongoing relocation assistance to ensure each transition is as smooth and stress-free as possible. We are seeking a Swedish-speaking Account Manager to join our World Mobility business, based in Ruislip, with responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate client accounts across Sweden and the UK.
Reporting into the EMEA World Mobility leadership, this role is accountable for maintaining strong, consultative client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services and solutions. This role would suit an individual with experience in account management within Global Mobility, Relocation, SaaS, or professional services, who enjoys working in a client-facing, relationship-driven environment across international markets.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of corporate client accounts in Sweden and the UK
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted, consultative relationships
- Develop a sound understanding of each client’s business, mobility programmes, and strategic priorities
- Ensure a consistently high-quality client experience, aligned to Crown service standards
Account Growth & Retention
- Identify and progress up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to client needs
- Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and service reviews
- Contribute to revenue growth and client retention targets
Client Engagement & Delivery Support
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, account reviews, proposals and RFP responses
- Support solution demonstrations and service explanations where required
- Work closely with operations, service delivery, and global colleagues to ensure seamless service execution
- Attend selected client, sales, or industry events as required
- Manage sales activity in the Sweden territory, including prospecting and lead generations, client meetings and presentations, negotiation and closing of deals
- Meet individual targets and activity metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM
- Track account activity, opportunities, and pipeline development
- Produce account updates and reports as required
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management
- Background in Global Mobility, Relocation, SaaS, or service-based B2B environments
- Strong experience of virtual and face-to-face client communication
- Ability to understand, interpret, and respond to complex client needs
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Experience supporting Nordic / Swedish corporate clients
- Exposure to proposals, bids, or RFP processes
- Experience working in a matrix or international organisation
