Job Description
So, who are we looking for?
We are looking to a find friendly, personable, confident individual, with a committed work ethic; who are more than capable of portraying our fun, passionate, family brand.
The role of the Assistant Restaurant Manager will be to ensure that all tasks to do with the daily running of the restaurant and pub are carried out to a high standard.
As we are opening a newly refurbished venue, the Slipway Burscough and this will be your chance to help form and develop our team, with the aim of establishing a reputation for great food and service with a smile.
This includes but isn\’t limited to rotas, stock control, staff management, appraisals and running of the restaurant with full training and support of the General Manager.
We are looking for someone with previous assistant manager experience who is ready to be apart of our new team.
