On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Service Transition Manager for a 24 month contract based Hybrid in Bristol. As a Service Transition Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement IT services migration strategies and plans to address the IT services transfer and business change requirements.
- Coordinate and manage services transition resources and activities.
- Ensure business and services readiness compliant with acceptance criteria.
Essential:
- Strong understanding of IT end user, end user compute, infrastructure, applications and systems migration strategies and principles.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles.
- Experience with ITIL framework and service transition processes.
Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
