About the role
As an End User Compute Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of end-user computing environments across the organisation. You oversee the maintenance and effective management of Endpoint Manager (Intune) and the devices it supports, including laptops, mobile phones, and Teams Meeting Room devices. Your duties include technical troubleshooting, infrastructure optimisation, user support, and contributing to strategic decisions on system upgrades and policy compliance.
About you
We’re looking for someone with experience managing and supporting Windows 11 devices in a large enterprise environment. Strong technical capability in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), including device configuration, application packaging and deployment, compliance policies and endpoint security management, is essential.
