We’re recruiting a senior personal assistant to join our team in Middlesbrough or Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

About the role

As a senior personal assistant, you provide administrative support to senior managers to ensure they are fully briefed and prepared to carry out their work. You liaise with other government departments, external organisations and the public to facilitate collaborative working. Your skills ensure that documents are accurate, compliant with the house style, and completed within agreed timescales.

About you

We’re looking for someone with confidence using Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Minute taking experience is essential.
