Crown Prosecution Service is recruiting experienced lawyers for remote roles across England and Wales. Senior Crown Prosecutors in CPS Direct provide charging decisions and case management advice in serious criminal cases, reviewing police evidence during weekends, bank holidays and overnight.
You will work independently, with an out-of-hours premium, and must be a qualified barrister or solicitor with post-qualification criminal law experience. Microsoft 365 familiarity is desirable.
