About the role
As a Victim Liaison Officer, you provide support to victims of crime through effective verbal and written communications. You help victims to understand the decisions we make, the role of the Crown Prosecution Service and wider criminal justice system, and their rights during the legal process. You manage sensitive and challenging conversations in a calm, empathetic and professional way.
