Overview
The Crown Prosecutor position is ideal for newly qualified lawyers or those with no criminal law experience. Based in the magistrates' court, you will work with prosecution teams to review and present evidence in cases ranging from common assault to drug offences, gaining extensive experience in the criminal court and advancing your legal career.

Applicants must demonstrate sound legal judgement, present cases clearly both verbally and in writing, and show a commitment to public service, continuous learning and an understanding of our role within the criminal justice system.
