This role is responsible for Strategic Revenue Management for UK & I delivering long term value creation and category growth through highly tailored promo and mix strategies backed up by data and analytics embedded into annual planning process and managed through S&OP+ cycle. Major deliverables include local price floor management, tracking of competitor price corridors and elasticities, promotional strategy and ROI, mix plans and delivery, trade terms optimization within the regional guidance delivery of the RGM building blocks into the AEP process.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills/creativity
- Experience in practical analysis (e.g., financial, category or sales analyst); ability to pull insights into actions out of various data sets
- Highly numerate, excellent Excel skills and good aptitude for systems
- Strong interpersonal & influencing skills
- Desirable: Broad knowledge of SRM/RGM (pricing, promotions, mix, terms, pricing corridors)
- Knowledge of the Petcare market
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Local lead for the UKI strategic revenue management
- Follows governance of regional RGM Team Europe
- Expert in all RGM disciplines, promotions, mix, trade terms, commercial strategy and uses this alongside significant first-hand Sales experience to translate business objectives and portfolio plans into deployable customer solutions
- Recommendation of local requirements to the regional RGM lead for Innovation margin & overall brand pricing scenario including Mars & Customer P&L
- Delivery and governance of the regional portfolio pricing/promo/feature playbooks
- Evaluation of the trade spend attributed to the Market / Customers, identifying opportunities to drive better ROI
- Co-Pilot and Upskill Customer Development Managers on all areas of customer investment expenditures
- Drives the in-year growth agenda of the Market(s) (performance review & action plan)
