We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly. This is an admin-focused role at the centre of our frontline recruitment, supporting Sales Assistant hiring across Crown Decorative Centre (CDC) stores nationwide.

The coordinator who keeps hiring moving

This role provides day-to-day coordination support to Store Managers and the TA Partner, ensuring every stage of the recruitment journey flows efficiently. From drafting and posting adverts to managing applications, scheduling interviews, and issuing offers, attention to detail and organisation are key.

Simultaneously, it plays a meaningful role in crafting the employer\’s brand. By contributing to social media attraction campaigns and supporting the use of brand assets, the role helps Crown Paints stand out as an employer of choice.

What this role delivers:

  • Coordination of end-to-end recruitment for Sales Assistants across the UK

  • Management of the recruitment inbox and updates for Store Managers
