Crown Paints are seeking to recruit a Store Manager to join our fantastic team based in Worcester.
- The role is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week (7am-5pm Monday – Friday and occasional Saturdays 8am-2pm).
- In return, we offer a salary of Β£30,571.00 per annum plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role offering daily opportunities to make an impact. You will lead from the front of the store, becoming a familiar and trusted face to customers. Building relationships with regulars and attracting new business through confident prospecting and exceptional service are key aspects of the role.
