Crown Paints is seeking a Store Manager to join our team in Newbury Park for a 6‑month temporary contract.

The role is full‑time, 40 hours per week (7am–5pm, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays 8am–2pm) and salary is £30,000–£35,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.

You will lead a small team, build relationships with customers, drive sales targets, manage stock, and contribute to store performance through proactive planning and decision‑making.
