Crown Paints is seeking to recruit a Sales Assistant / Driver to join our team based in Glasgow Possil Park. This is a permanent, part-time position working 12.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday and some Saturdays on a rota basis). We offer a salary of £12.21 per hour, plus bonus and excellent benefits. The role requires full flexibility, with a likely working pattern of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons, plus alternate Saturday overtime.
As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will support our Store Manager and work alongside the store team to achieve sales growth for Crown Paints. A positive, motivated approach is essential to contribute to store targets and drive sales of decorative paints and sundry items. The Glasgow Possil Park Crown Decorating Centre is a key store within our network of 148 stores across the UK. Our customers range from one-off retail visitors to builders and tradespeople with accounts. Your role will include identifying potential new customers, establishing relationships, and opening customer accounts regularly.
