Overview Sales Assistant / Driver role at Crown Paints. We’re hiring across the UK for Crown Decorating Centre teams. Join a customer-focused role with variety, local deliveries, and a path to growth. Base pay range Salary £12.21 per hour + bonus. This range is provided by Crown Paints; your actual pay will be based on skills and experience. What you can expect from this role No two days are the same in our Crown Decorating Centres. As a Sales Assistant / Driver, you’ll be part of a supportive store team, helping customers find the right products, making local deliveries, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll build relationships with trade professionals and DIY customers and help grow the store’s success. Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service Carry out daily delivery services as required Support store operations and help drive store performance Identify new opportunities, open customer accounts, and contribute to sales growth Requirements / Qualifications Possess strong sales/retail experience Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Confident making sales calls and driven to hit sales targets Team player and adaptable to customer needs Ability to work independently when required Valid UK driving licence and willingness to perform daily deliveries Ability to lift up to 20 kg Employment type
