As a Production Operative, you’ll be at the core of our operations! You’ll help create high‑quality paint products, operate advanced machinery, and ensure everything runs smoothly, including:
- Manufacture paint: ensuring the correct raw materials are released into tanks to create the perfect paint
- Filling of paint: getting the paint in the can through automated filling lines.
- Hygiene & Safety: Keep the site clean and maintain high safety standards
- Equipment Operation: Use state‑of‑the‑art machinery which includes automated filling lines, SCADA and HDMI Screens, packaging robots and manufacturing tanks
- Quality Control: Ensure every product we produce meets Crown Paints’ high‑quality standards
- Servicing the production: preparing materials for manufacturing in line with our production schedule
Not an expert right away? That’s okay, we will train you! We’re looking for people who are eager to learn and have a positive, can‑do attitude. Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment is a plus, but your passion and attention to detail matter most.
