Crown Paints are seeking to recruit Store Manager to join our fantastic team based in Newbury Park. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week (7am-5pm Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays 8am-2pm).
In return, we are offering you a salary of £35,000 per annum + bonus + excellent benefits package. This hands-on, people-focused role involves leading the store, building relationships with customers, coaching a small team, stock ownership, and driving sales performance.
