Crown Paints, a proud member of the Hempel Group, is on the lookout for a hardworking Production Operative to improve our polymer production team at our UK Manufacturing Plant in Darwen, Lancashire. By producing our own polymers for decorative coating products, we sit at the core of Hempel’s ambitious growth strategy. - Manufacture various Polymer grades, following strict protocols
- Perform product testing and verification

What should you bring to be successful in this role
- Experience in a process manufacturing environment
- Strong health and safety knowledge and quality awareness
- Ability to meet production goals and adhere to SOPs
